How to Apply for D.Pharm
Follow these simple steps to secure your admission to our esteemed D.Pharm program.
Ensure you meet the minimum eligibility criteria: A pass in 10+2 examination (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics as subjects from a recognized board. Minimum aggregate marks may apply as per state government norms.
You can download the application form from our website or collect it in person from the college admission office during working hours.
Fill out the application form carefully and submit it along with photocopies of the required documents (10th & 12th mark sheets, transfer certificate, identity proof, passport-size photographs) and the application fee.
Admissions are typically based on the merit of the qualifying examination. A merit list will be published on the college notice board and website. Shortlisted candidates will be called for counseling and document verification.
